Account Registration

- Eligibility and age: You must be of legal gambling age in your province or territory of residence (18 or 19, as applicable) and at least 18 years old in all cases. If your province requires local licensing (including Ontario), you must not use the Service.
- Single account: One Account per person, household, IP/device. Duplicate accounts may be closed and balances adjusted.
- Registration process: Provide accurate data; complete email verification; and pass KYC checks (government ID, selfie/biometric match where permitted, proof of address, payment method ownership, and source-of-funds/wealth where requested). Crypto users may be asked to verify wallet ownership via micro-transfer/signature.
- Ongoing obligations: Keep details updated, safeguard credentials, and notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your credentials.
- Compliance screening: We conduct sanctions/PEP, geolocation, fraud, and affordability screening and may request additional documents at any time before enabling deposits, wagering, or withdrawals.

Betting & Gameplay Rules
OBSERVE: These rules govern how bets are placed, modified, and settled, and how users must behave in chats and live environments.
- Bet acceptance: A bet is accepted only when our servers confirm receipt and display it in your Game/Account history. Minimum/maximum bet limits vary by Game and are shown in-game; bets breaching limits are void or adjusted.
- Modifications/cancellations: After acceptance, bets cannot be modified or cancelled by you. We may void or cancel a bet for manifest error, interrupted play, regulatory reasons, suspicious/irregular play, or Force Majeure.
- Game interruption: If a session disconnects, the final outcome stored on our or the supplier's servers prevails. Where a round cannot be completed, the bet may be returned or the round re-run upon reconnection as per the supplier's rules.
- Results and settlement: Game supplier results (including RNG outcomes) and server logs are final unless a clear system error is evidenced. Obvious pricing/display errors render affected bets void.
- Live casino and chat conduct: Be respectful. Insults, harassment, hate speech, spam, collusion, signaling, promotional posting, or any form of cheating or disruptive behavior is prohibited. We may mute, remove chat access, void affected bets, or close the Account.
- Fair play: Use of bots, scripts, VPN/geo-spoofing, multi-accounting, advantage play exploiting malfunctions, or any prohibited software is not allowed and may result in bet voidance and Account action.
EXPAND: We may suspend Games for maintenance or legal compliance. In such cases, unsettled bets will be handled per the supplier's rules or refunded.

Bonus Terms
OBSERVE: Promotions provide conditional value; strict compliance with offer-specific rules is required to convert bonus funds to cash.
- Activation: A promotion's landing page or cashier shows eligibility, required opt-in, minimum deposit/bet, game restrictions, and expiry. Only one active welcome or new-player offer at a time unless explicitly permitted.
- Wagering requirements: Each offer sets a wagering multiple and timeframe (for example, a number of times the bonus amount within a defined period). Not all Games contribute equally; table games, live dealer, and low-edge titles typically contribute less or zero.
- Bonus/cash separation: Bonus funds and derived winnings remain non-withdrawable until wagering is met. Withdrawing cash before completion may forfeit the bonus and related winnings.
- Prohibited play: Irregular play includes but is not limited to: minimal-risk bets, hedging, equal/zero-margin bets, collusion, delaying game rounds, exploiting malfunctions, or exceeding any maximum bet limits while wagering. Breaches may void the bonus and winnings.
- Combining promotions: Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. Cashback/insurance may apply after other bonuses are settled.
- Expiry and changes: If timeframes expire, remaining bonus value and associated winnings are forfeited. We may amend or withdraw promotions prospectively for compliance or operational reasons; existing, accepted offers will be honored per their stated terms.

Payments & Withdrawals

- Processing times: Deposits typically post instantly (subject to provider delays). Withdrawals are reviewed during business operations and usually processed within a reasonable period (e.g., 24-72 hours) after successful KYC and risk checks. External provider or blockchain times are outside our control.

- Security and AML: We may require additional documents, payment method proofs, or on-chain wallet verification. At least a 1x playthrough of deposit may be required before withdrawal to mitigate money laundering and payment abuse.
- Chargebacks and reversals: Unresolved chargebacks may lead to Account suspension, balance forfeiture to offset losses, and collection action.
- Refunds and voids: If a bet is voided due to malfunction or error, the stake is returned. If a bonus is cancelled for non-compliance, only cash funds remain. Where we close an Account without cause, we will return the available cash balance to the original method whenever lawful and feasible.

Limitation of Liability

Termination & Suspension
